At Walking On a Cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original manufacturer's box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
